How should I store your products?
Ready-to-use dehydrated spices, dehydrated spice blends and ready-made broth bases should be stored in a cool place, away from direct light. Humidity, heat, and light can cause them to quickly lose their distinctive flavour. That's why despite how keeping spices on the kitchen counter right in front of you can make things more convenient, you should store them in another place, maybe in the kitchen cupboard, for example. After each use, please seal the ziplock bag / close the lid carefully immediately to ensure shelf-life and the quality of your aromatics.
Pre-prepared produce should be stored either in the fridge (up to 1 week) or in the freezer (up to 3 months). After each use, please seal the ziplock bag carefully and store it in the fridge/freezer immediately to ensure shelf-life and the quality of your aromatics.
