Ginger Powder
Description
Ginger with a rich flavor, is often used as a spice in many stir-fried and cooked dishes. Ginger is also a medicine that has the effect of lowering body temperature, reducing pain and cough.
How to use
Add Vietnamese ginger powder to curries or other dishes to bring out an aromatic balance of sweet and savoury flavour in your cooking. Can also be used to make spice blends.
How to store
Store in dry, cool place. Avoid direct light.
Shelf-life
- 1 year if unopened.
- 6 months after opening.
